As a football professional player we must know that not only thinking about tactic and strategic but also we need to know knowledge about health, including nutrition. Need which we need to do tactic and strategic in football game must connect with nutrition itself. In the world all football player have been given some of nutrition from doctor. They are feeling enjoy when they want to face match because all their need have been prepared by doctor for health their self.
Beside of that we can produce or supply athletes who have talent from whole of country. Unfortunately, in Indonesia almost all of football player who is playing football have no supply nutrition good enough. 

According to Director Founding of Teen PSSI Mr. Timo Scheunemann on Tribunnews.com, he said, “Rice is not for football player, if our player (PSSI) eats rice, in the second time will drop, because rice can only withhold 40 minutes, (Sunday, June 17 2012). Because every football player must consume carbohydrate complex like red rice, green peanut, red peanut, bulb, and cassava. Only info, carbohydrate complex contain low sugar and can withhold full until 6 hours. Eating also is containing protein but no fat, like fish, milk, but no      coconut milk, he adds. 

So, to make the best football player we must give them training, consuming nutrition, and do not forget hardworking as if we can produce players who have good talent from whole country and it can be admitted in the world. Hardworking is one of important thing that can make us better. Keep spirit, keep studying, and dare to face challenge this will become great football player.
