As a football professional player we must know that not only thinking about tactic and strategic but also we need to know knowledge about health, including nutrition. Need which we need to do tactic and strategic in football game must connect with nutrition itself. In the world all football player have been given some of nutrition from doctor. They are feeling enjoy when they want to face match because all their need have been prepared by doctor for health their self.

Beside of that we can produce or supply athletes who have talent from whole of country. Unfortunately, in Indonesia almost all of football player who is playing football have no supply nutrition good enough. 

According to Director Founding of Teen PSSI Mr. Timo Scheunemann on Tribunnews.com, he said, “Rice is not for football player, if our player (PSSI) eats rice, in the second time will drop, because rice can only withhold 40 minutes, (Sunday, June 17 2012). Because every football player must consume carbohydrate complex like red rice, green peanut, red peanut, bulb, and cassava. Only info, carbohydrate complex contain low sugar and can withhold full until 6 hours. Eating also is containing protein but no fat, like fish, milk, but no      coconut milk, he adds. 

So, to make the best football player we must give them training, consuming nutrition, and do not forget hardworking as if we can produce players who have good talent from whole country and it can be admitted in the world. Hardworking is one of important thing that can make us better. Keep spirit, keep studying, and dare to face challenge this will become great football player.      

   

Indonesia is a rich country

Indonesia is one country in S.E Asia. We know that Indonesia has a lot of human resources, many cultures, and natural rich resources. With those things Indonesia should be able a rich country but our country still poor. Why?

            So many human resources in our country but they don’t get good education from the government. Education in Indonesia hasn’t spread out up to now. There is a big differentiation in education systems. For example; school in the rural areas is very poor. Their school building is going to collapse, they learn on the earth without any floor, when we see the roof there are so many holes. If rainy, students will get soaked, they can learn anymore because their body wet, and classroom will full of mud and the smell become stink. Indonesian has poor education because a lot of corrupter in our country. They don’t care with the effect when they do that. Because of them, Indonesia has much joblessness. The only one good thing about Indonesian person is good people or friendly. When someone meets with the other person, they will be addressing each other. It means Indonesian people are friendly but most of them is corruptor and make our education worse.

            In this world, only Indonesia has many ethnic groups. From east until west, we will find much unique differentiation. When we are joining with Batak ethnic, we can hear louder and strong accent. When we move to Borneo, we will see unique custom from Dayak ethnic, and you will find other things in every place in Indonesia. Because so many people in Indonesia, so Indonesia has a lot of religions like Islam, Christians, Buddha, Hindu and etc., but the biggest religion is Islam. With so many religion, it doesn’t mean Indonesia always get a fighting about religion. They live side by side peacefully. The other unique culture is traditional culture like Dangdut, Gamelan, Dance style, etc. when we come to Jogjakarta palace we will hear smooth song with the gamelan instrument, it’s best time to relax and see the dance from the dancer. So Indonesia has a lot of culture and can make us amazed because of unique things from every place.

            Actually Indonesia is natural rich country. In Sumatera, Indonesia has a gas resources, we can smell that things when we come to the factory. Java has great farming, when you make a journey to there you will see green paddies in every side, you can hear the voice of farmer when he/she chase away the birds. Borneo has Gas, Coal, woods.  Papua has many gold mines. As Indonesian people we hope our country become rich because we have many natural resources. It should make our country to open the job vacancy for Indonesian people. We can get a high job in our country. And the people can increase nation grade of Indonesia if government can use the natural resources. But there is a question how to explore it? It’s very easy question to answer and I’m sure we will say government or Indonesian people can’t explore it because the real is not. We do nothing for it so we just can use foreigner persons to take the resources and we only become an audience in our home. So, Indonesia has a lot of natural resources and has many advantages for us but we find difficult things when we want to explore it by our self.

Global Warming

“ the weather's so hot”, many people will say that words when feeling sunshine shining in a bright-mid-day. It is a well-known that we are in the global warming era-the earth is getting hot. Human has done many things which made this earth burst. This brings us to change our way of living from the spirit of modernism, the condition of the earth, therefore we revive with traditional life.

Let us begin by looking at the spirit of modernism that brings us in easier life. After renaissance, the technology made many progress, there are a lot of invention that could solve many question in human life. But we build technology by sacrificing nature, we do exploit this nature too much. Human become greedy to take all that nature have. The exploitation has made this earth suffer destruction.

This brings us to recognize the condition of the earth. Human destroy this earth with technology; pollution, collapse forest, destruction of atmosphere. Mother nature has served up some terrible weather. Uncertain weather has made disastrous harvest in all way of living. Disaster strike land and ocean. Thus, sure sign that mother nature turn our bad behavior back to the human life.

There are several ways to solve this problem, most people make a campaign to save mother nature by changing people habit. Besides there are some technology to solve the problem but it is still questionable. The most certain solution is back to traditional life. Present-day, scientist try to make invention that friendly to environment, a technology that not emits a pollutions, use renewable source. Besides that, the most important is how to change our mind to take care our nature.

It would seem that the world is always changes, where the world will change it depends on what we do to this world. Now, it is time to revive this world with back to nature, not to harm this world.
